I've been taking this for 3 months now, because my bone density numbers were a bit alarming. It is too early to know how effective the collagen is for my bones, but what I have definitely noticed is that I am shedding less hair. I have been using a scalp treatment device recommended by my dermatologist for several years, but was never sure it was doing much. The collagen actually seems to be making a difference. I'm happy about that and hoping that there is also a change going on in my bones that will be seen at my next dexa in two years.
I am now on my 2nd container of Bone Health and was worried that although it might help bones, I wondered if I would still get the other great benefits, I had been used to, by using the regular Native Path Collagen.
